Ammer Wallet for Customers

Regardless of the Merchant’s location - whether in Switzerland or EU countries - please see relevant sections for details - the Customer must have Ammer Wallet installed. Customer onboarding occurs exclusively through Ammer Wallet. After being informed by the Merchant, Customers download Ammer Wallet and complete the onboarding process.

Ammer Wallet is a non-custodial software application that serves multiple purposes and can also be used as a stand-alone software wallet that supports various digital assets and blockchains (public or private) and is fully under control of the Customer.

Security notice: To generate the private keys for software wallets, users must first set up a PIN code in the Ammer Wallet. The private keys are secured using the mobile phone’s Trusted Protection Module (TPM). Ammer Technologies AG does not store or have access to private keys and PIN codes.
